Where to find the access code

The reliability of hormone testing relies on a strict sampling protocol. To limit the use of paper and to clarify the protocol, instructions are provided online.

You will receive a link to the appropriate instructions once you have activated your test kit.

NOTE:You will need your unique, anonymous access code to activate your test kit. Look for a small label inside your shipment to locate your code.

If you have activated your test kit and are looking for the instructions, you will find a link to them in the confirmation email you received upon activation.

If you cannot find this email, first ensure that you have activated your kit correctly. If you are still unable to access the instructions, please contact Persometrics and we will be happy to help.
